While bengalloomsindia.com strives to provide accurate product name and weaving style information we cannot provide precise authenticity / geo location / physical location of the origin of any product since a product can come through multiple layers of weavers, suppliers, 3rd party vendors before finally being sold on our website.
bengalloomsindia.com does not provide any GI tag / labels / written certificate of authenticity for any of its products sold on the website. In situations where the product does come with a GI tag or any form of authenticity document it would be explicitly mentioned in the product details of the product listing page.
The above is especially applicable and not just restricted to products such as "Kanjivarams", "Pochampally", "Ikkat", "Khadi" etc because these are weaving styles and not necessarily always have to originate from a specific geo physical location.
bengalloomsindia.com strives to provide as much details of a product as available at time of procurement such as fabric, color, weaving style (Banarasi / Kanjivaram / Pochampally, Khadi etc) and weaving mechanism (Handloom vs Powerloom etc).

bengalloomsindia.com reserves the right to refuse fulfilling / cancel repeat COD orders from customers who have previously refused to take delivery of COD orders placed by them on our website. Such customers can going forward only purchase using "pre-paid" option i.e. card, net banking, etc.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation - Customer can request for cancellation of order on bengalloomsindia.com via email or whatsapp or phone upto 24 hrs of placing order provided the order has not been shipped out and tracking sent to customer.
No cancellation request will be accepted after order has been shipped. At that point normal Return Policy norms will be applied.
If cancellation request is accepted, full refund will be issued within 48 hrs. The refund amount will be credited to customer bank account / to the original mode of payment in 7-10 business days (time taken by payment gateway and bank processing time involved).
For "cancelled order" refund prior to ship out full refund would be issued within 48 hrs and the refund amount will be credited to customer bank account / original mode of payment account in 7-10 business days (time taken by payment gateway and bank processing time involved).
